"Queen Bees Are in Career War"

We are delighted to share the highlights of our participation in the Erasmus+ project "Queen Bees Are in Career War"!

Hosted in Riga, Latvia, this project brought together participants from six countries—Latvia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Poland, and Bulgaria—uniting 36 passionate individuals to address critical issues related to gender equality in social and professional life. Over several engaging days, the project delivered powerful insights, hands-on activities, and meaningful discussions.

The objective of this initiative was to shine a light on the barriers faced by women in male-dominated societies, challenge traditional stereotypes, and advocate for equal opportunities for women in managerial and leadership roles. Through carefully curated activities, participants not only explored these issues but also developed skills and strategies to address them in their personal and professional lives.

This project has left an indelible mark on all of us, sparking conversations and inspiring action for gender equality. We are grateful to all participants and partners who made this initiative a success.
