As a partner organization, Artemis Women's Power MTÜ took part in an Erasmus+ Mobility of Youth Workers project held in Riga, Latvia, between 22–30 September 2024. The project brought together youth workers to address the challenges women continue to face in both professional and social life.

Throughout the project, participants explored topics such as gender equality, women's representation in decision-making processes, stereotypes affecting career development, and inequalities in the workplace. Through non-formal education methods, workshops, simulations, and group activities, participants examined both the visible and invisible barriers that women encounter in their professional journeys.

This international learning environment enabled youth workers from different countries to exchange experiences, strengthen intercultural dialogue, and develop common approaches to addressing these challenges. Participants also enhanced their knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, self-confidence building, leadership, and social responsibility, gaining valuable insights to transfer into their local communities.

Looking back, this project not only highlighted the position of women in working life but also demonstrated the importance of international cooperation in promoting equal opportunities, inclusive societies, and stronger youth work practices.
