OUR PURPOSES

The purposes of Artemis Women's Power Association;

- To combat all kinds of violence against women and to raise awareness by using the written and visual media, to carry out activities that will raise awareness and sensitivity in the society on gender equality,

- To carry out informative activities for the empowerment of young women and their awareness of equality, and to organize educational activities for all women who will work on women's issues.

- To work on ensuring the development of the women's movement, civil society, and therefore democracy,

-To contribute to the creation of common working areas that will ensure communication and cooperation between women's organizations,

-To carry out projects to strengthen the dialogue between public institutions and organizations and women's non-governmental organizations,

To increase the visibility of women and women's labor in all areas of life,

- To carry out research activities for the empowerment of women,

-To ensure effective and widespread participation of women as free individuals and equal citizens in the establishment and protection of a democratic, egalitarian and peaceful social order, both at the national and international level,

-To emphasize the importance of women in establishing a culture of peace and to work towards achieving social peace and justice.

Duties of Artemis Women's Power Association

• To make research for the activation and development of activities,

• To organize training activities such as courses, seminars, conferences, and panels,

• Organizing dinner meetings, concerts, balls, theaters, exhibitions, sports, excursions, and entertaining events in order to develop and maintain human relations among its members, or to enable its members to benefit from such activities,

• To carry out international activities, to be a member of associations or organizations abroad, to cooperate and cooperate with these organizations,

• To carry out joint projects with public institutions and organizations on matters necessary for the achievement of our purposes,

• To create platforms to achieve a common purpose with other associations or foundations, unions, and similar non-governmental organizations in areas that are related to the purpose of the association and are not prohibited by law,

• To carry out all kinds of activities that are necessary for the achievement of the purpose and that are not prohibited by law.

• To implement projects that will draw attention to women's issues and the problems arising from being a woman and encourage all relevant institutions/organizations/people to act together in the solution of problems and to share the results with the public.

• To organize national and international meetings, seminars, symposiums, film screenings, meetings, panels, workshops, and similar educational events and increase the capacity of women across the country by enabling them to benefit from these events.

• To carry out research and survey studies around the world, publish the results, organize meetings and share these meetings with the public.

• To organize cultural and artistic events at local, national, and international levels.
