Our Erasmus Plus project named He for She was accepted

The Erasmus Plus youth exchange project He for She with reference number 2023-1-EE01-KA152-YOU-000113609 will take place in Saaremaa, Estonia, between 09.12.2023-16.12.2023.

The project will last for 7 days and the total number of participants is 50. 5 countries; Estonia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Hungary Romania participated in the project and a total of 10 people from each country will make the breakthrough. At the same time, it was tried to give importance to gender equality in the number of people selected for the project.

If we come to what the project tells: The main problem in our project is gender inequality. Gender inequality is a factor that deeply affects us and society in every aspect of our lives. So much so that it is an important issue that negatively affects many aspects from personal development to national development. There are women who are underpaid in the workplace just because of their gender, who cannot go out because it is late. Based on the needs analysis we made based on this problem, our project is to raise awareness about gender equality by raising people's awareness.
